3. Estimates and Quotes

Free Estimates

We provide estimates for yard drainage and French drain services at no charge. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided and are subject to change based on:

• Changes in material costs
• Modifications to the scope of work
• Site conditions discovered during excavation
• Additional services requested by the customer

Binding Quotes

Once you approve an estimate and we provide a written quote, it becomes binding upon both parties. Any changes to the agreed-upon work must be documented in writing and may result in price adjustments.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for drainage services are as follows:

• Deposit: A deposit may be required before work begins on larger projects
• Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, credit cards, and electronic payment methods
• Final Payment: Payment in full is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Late Payments: Accounts not paid within 30 days may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee if materials have been purchased or crews have been scheduled.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to reschedule at your earliest convenience.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work with a 10-year workmanship warranty on French drain and yard drainage installations. This warranty covers defects in our installation work and does not cover damage from:

• Natural disasters, flooding, or acts of God
• Changes made to the property by others after our work is complete
• Normal wear and tear
• Failure to perform recommended maintenance
• Modifications to our installed systems by other parties

Material Warranties

Materials used in our drainage installations are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in making warranty claims when applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount paid for those services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for underground utilities not properly marked by the appropriate utility companies
• We will take reasonable care to protect your property, but are not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation systems, pet fences, or other underground features not disclosed to us

By scheduling our yard drainage services, you agree to provide:

• Clear and safe access to work areas
• Accurate information about underground utilities, irrigation systems, and other buried features
• Permission to access all necessary areas of your property
• A safe working environment free from hazards

Pets and Children

For safety reasons, please ensure that pets are secured and children are supervised away from work areas during our drainage installation or service visits.

9. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. If changes affect scheduled work, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable solution.

We may photograph our work for marketing purposes, including posting on our website, social media, and YouTube channel. If you do not wish for your property to be photographed or featured, please inform us in writing before work begins.
